ETT Level 3
Treating Mental Health Disorders
In this course, clinicians continue learning ETT® techniques to treat mental health disorders.
Clinicians that have completed ETT® Level 1, Level 2, and the associated course consultations, will learn how to use ETT® techniques to treat mental health disorders such as:
PTSD
Anxiety disorders
Depression
Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)
ADHD/ADD
The scientific research that supports ETT® strategies for healing emotional dysregulation is explained in this module. The course includes specific strategies for rapidly improving symptoms and eliminating emotional distress, long-term. It also covers strategies for rapidly treating symptoms of complex PTSD by offering specific procedures for each psychological condition.
Clinicians will learn how to:
Identify core emotional memories impacting emotional health
Facilitate memory reconsolidation
Facilitate relief from symptoms of disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, attention deficits, and borderline personality
In addition to demonstrations, each clinician will have the opportunity to practice the strategies taught during the course.
